Mike started Third Sector Consulting  in 1990. He is a Certified Governance Trainer (CGT), working in association with BoardSource and has received extensive facilitation skills training through the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA Canada).

The term 'Third Sector' is used to describe the rapidly expanding population of voluntary or not-for-profit organizations.
